There are fourteen billion pencils which are made in the world yearly, that is enough to circle the world 62 times. Surprisingly there is no lead in there, just a finely mixed graphit, which an Englishman mistook for lead. Some pencils are made by hollowing out a stick of Cedar and putting the graphite into it. The English simplified this by having machines that do this today.

Tanning
Let's face it, the skin is the only organ that is constantly exposed to the outside elements. This being the case it is bound to have some exquisite issues. While itching seems healthy, to much of a good thing is not.
Itching, which is also known as puritus, starts with an external stimuli of bugs, dust or clothing fibers. This activates the bodies built in defence mechanisms. The receptors in the skin become irritated. This irritation travels to the spinal chord. Then it travels up to the Cerebral Cortex. The pain signals generated by these itches result in scratching to remove the irritant. Scatches actually cause pain and distact the body.
The skin is the largest and most sensitive muscle of the body. People with defeincies have been known to scatch until the bled.
